【How your donation is used】

  • Urgent medical costs for residents (basic livelihood and near-poverty recipients)
  • Cognitive improvement services (art materials, cognitive therapy equipment, replacing worn items, specialist instructors)
  • Services for individual needs (outings, meals out, essentials, clothing and bedding, holiday gifts, birthday tables)
  • Support for residents’ group activities (gatherings among residents who enjoy company)
  • Health services for residents (assistive devices, exercise equipment, snacks, supplements)

※ In the interest of transparency, we publish how donations are spent.

Leave your details below and our staff will contact you to explain the process, including the direct debit form. Please do not enter your resident registration number or bank account number here — our staff will guide you separately.

  • Purpose: donation consultation and guidance on the process
  • Data collected: name (or organisation), mobile phone, email, preferred method and amount, your message
  • Retention: from the date of consent until 5 years after the donation ends
  • You may refuse consent. If you do, we will not be able to proceed with the consultation.
  • Date of birth, bank name, account holder and account number needed for direct debit are not collected here; they are handled separately on a dedicated form.
