📌 Please refrain from visits and outings during the respiratory illness season

Influenza, seasonal colds and COVID-19 are reported to be spreading at the same time. All are acute respiratory illnesses and are highly contagious.

Because they can be critical for our residents with underlying conditions, we have advised all staff to take particular care with outside engagements and visits to crowded places, and to refrain from them where possible.

We therefore ask for your cooperation as well, and hope that our residents, their families and our staff can all get through the winter in good health.

In line with our infection control rules, please note the following.

— Please refrain from outings, overnight stays and visits for the time being. —

1. Outings and overnight stays: permitted only for essential outpatient medical appointments.

2. Visits: in-person visits are restricted.

3. Period: from 23 December until further notice.
