Jajangmyeon Day!

Every so often, our residents find themselves thinking of jjajangmyeon.

The moment someone says, “I’d love a bowl of jjajangmyeon,” our facility director and social workers are off in a flash.

They rush back with takeaway noodles — mixing, sharing, mixing again, passing them round…

“This is really good.” “It’s delicious.”

Words like these are what keep us going, so the jjajangmyeon will continue. To be continued…
